Ruby colour, scent of fruits of wood rasperry and blackberry. Suited to roasts, white and red meat, game.
Merlot
Red ruby colour, rich and robust scent. Suited to roasts, fried and damp.
Novello
Red ruby colour, fruit scent, pleasant and harmonic taste, sapid and distinctive; advised with hors-d'oeuvre on saked basis, soups, risotti, light second dishes and cheese.
Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso
Wine of ruby-red to intense violet colour. Vinous, slightly grassy bouquet; dry, full and bitterish taste.
Rosato
Rosè colour with cherry shades. Pleasant scent, dry and harmonic. Suited to sausages hors-d'oeuvre, risotti and cheeses.
Rosso
D.O.C. wine made from grapes, must or wines of one or more of the black-skinned grape varieties described. The characteristics depend on the type of grape variety used.
